Per staff, facilities handles pest control (via sticky traps) in the interior of the kitchen, and Advanced IPM performs regular pest control treatments around the exterior of the building.
*Note: Facility has a past history of rodent activity.

[CA]: The premises of each food facility must be maintained free of vermin. A facility cannot operate if there is a vermin infestation that leads to contamination of food contact surfaces, packaging, utensils, food equipment, or adulteration of food.
Keep doors closed where possible to prevent the intrusion of vermin. Seal any gaps, holes, cracks, or crevices in or around the kitchen area that may allow for the entrance or harborage of vermin.
The facility may remain open under the condition that:
The facility may not assemble/repackage food, or portion or handle open foods until approval is obtained from this department during the follow-up inspection.
A follow-up inspection will be conducted within 48 hours to ensure that the facility is free of rodent activity.
