Small flies observed at front bar area. [CA]: Remove small using safe, approved and effective methods. Ensure food and food contact surfaces are protected at all times from possible contamination. Remove any standing water in facility.

1. Accumulation of dark colored grime on the interior surface of ice machine. [CA]: Properly clean and sanitize the interior of ice machine. Food contact surface equipment shall be maintained clean at all times. Ensure ice is protected at all times during cleaning. 2. Accumulation of residue on the interior surface of middle beverage spray nozzle. [CA]: Clean interior nozzle of beverage spray. 3. At bar area, ice for consumption is in direct contact with beverage supply tubing in the ice bins. [CA]: Ice shall be protected from possible contamination at all times. Separate beverage supply tubing from ice use for consumption.
