Observed more than 1/4" gap under screen door. [CA] Eliminate gap greater than 1/4" to prevent the entrance and harborage of vermin.

Observed cardboard used as shelf liner in the facility. [CA] Discontinue the use of cardboard boxes to line shelves/flooring, use approved equipment made of materials that is easily cleanable, durable, smooth, and nonabsorbent.

Observed old rodent droppings on unused dough flattening machine near back door. Per owner, it was left outside the facility and employee probably brought it inside by mistake. No other observations of vermin activity. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of old droppings. [SA] Dough machine was re4moved from the facility.
