ROUTINE INSPECTION

Facility is serving coffee but does not have a handwash sink, 3 comp sink or janitor sink. Per PIC, mop water is dumped outside in the dirt and the coffee pots are rinsed outside with clorox. Discontinue service open coffee that involves any warewashing unless facility changes permit type to food prep and installs a handwash, 3 comp warewash sink and janitor sink (with Plan Check submittal and approval). Facility must discard mop water in toilet or install mop sink with Plan CHeck approval. Upon change of ownership or major remodel; facility may be subject to upgrading to current standards.
