To prevent contamination during food preparation from backup of sewage, please modify the drain system of the preparation sink. Until the preparation sink is made to drain into a modified floor sink, preparation( washing, defrosting, or other operations) in the existing sink may only be done using colanders. 4. The school has outside detached walk-in cooler and freezer. There also is a container storage next to the walk-in cooler and freezer. Temperature of the walk-in cooler and freezer were found to be on appropriate range. 5. According to USDA regulation, schools serving lunch through the School Lunch program must have a written HACCP plan in place. Please keep a copy in the cafeteria. 6. No violations were observed during the time of this inspection.
