    In the display cake refrigerator, measured several cakes including cheese cake, tiramisu, cupcakes, and layered cream cakes stored between 45F and 48F. At the display cake refrigerator, observed gaps around all sides of glass doors. [CA] Ensure potentially hazardous foods are held cold at 41F and below to prevent bacterial growth. All refrigeration shall be properly installed and be able to maintain potentially hazardous foods at 41F or below. Install gaskets between openings of refrigeration to maintain proper holding temperatures.
