Observed faucet leaking at the handwash sink at the back area. [Corrective Action] Repair to stop the leak.

Placard was not observed posted within 5 feet of front door. Per PIC, the placard was taken down to new store front display policy. [Corrective Action] The placard shall be posted and clearly visible to the general public and patrons entering the food establishment.

The health permit was not observed in public view. [Corrective Action] Post the current valid health permit in public view.
