Per operator, during rain, container of soda boxes are relocated. Facility is in the process of repairing ceiling. [CA] Ensure all food related items are protected from potential contamination.

    Measured container of sliced swiss cheese and sliced cheddar cheese holding between 43F - 44F in walk-in-cooler for less than 4 hours. [CA} Maintain all cold PHFs held at or below 41F.

    Found broken handle on left side of ice machine. [CA] Replace sliding door handle.

    Found a tray of sliced ham holding at 67F on counter near service line. Per operator, PHFs is under time as a public health control (TPHC). Observed no sticker with time on container. [CA] When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, PHFs shall be time marked to indicate when item is removed from temperature control, discarded if not consumed or served within 4 hours, and written procedures shall be readily available for review.
