FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

Note: This is a follow-up to the routine inspection conducted on 12/19/2025. The facility was issued due to the failure to store potentially hazardous food products on a safe temperature and for failing to wash hand properly. During the time of this inspection, employees were observed washing hands properly. Most of the minor violations cited during the inspection were also corrected. Therefore, the facility is issued a pass placard. However, the above repeated violation must be corrected immediately as well.

Food products may only be stored for two hours of deligent food preparation. If not used, they need to be rapidly chill an stored inside a refrigeration unit or an ice bath. Any food stored on the steam table must be kept at or above 135 oF, unless time is being used as a public health control method. Since the chef said the eggs were stored outside a refrigeration unit for more than two hours, they were all destroyed. The ground pork was cooked an hour ago. Therefore, the manager was advised to reheat the product to 165 oF and keep it at or above 135 oF. He reheated the ground pork (COS).
