ROUTINE INSPECTION

Foods are delivered from the central kitchen at Piedmont Middle School. Chicken sandwiches delivered today at 10:10 AM observed left out at room temperature and observed employee pre-heating oven to sandwiches into it. Any leftovers will be discardes. Satellite Food Operator is working on obtaining her Food Safety Certification.
