Following items must be corrected at the time of a follow up inspection. 1. Must wash hands after changing gloves. Gloves must be changed during tasks. 2. Hand washing sink shall be equipped with soap dispenser in kitchen and restroom. 3. Hand washing sink shall be unobstructed and can't be used other then hand washing. 4. Subsequent follow-up inspection after first follow-up shall be billed $290/hour, minimum one hour, during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM), and $629/hour, minimum two hours, during non-business hours, and upon inspector availability. - The posted placard is property of the Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health and shall not be removed, covered-up, relocated, tampered, or copied.     Facility has two one burner stoves and one burner out of two is not completely under the hood. [CA] There shall be a minimum of 6 inches overhang of ventilation hood over cooking equipment. Provide approved exhaust hood ventilation over all cooking equipment as required to effectively remove cooking odors, smoke, steam, grease, heat, and vapors. [SA] Remove one burner or adjust cooking equipment so all the equipment have a 6 inches overhang.
