Facility had raw frozen shucked oysters in walk-in freezer. Manufacturer - DONG WON MULSAN CO. LTD, CERT. NO. KR-12-SP. All required label information (per Calcode) is present except for date shucked. Inspector will do research on manufactuerer and follow up with facility. Consulted supervisor M. Huato.
