ROUTINE INSPECTION
Observed the floor to be missing grout in and/or coming off of the wall in some places. The FRP is coming off of the wall near the back drive up window. [CA] Repair the wall and floor.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
The mens hand sink does not have cold water when the cold is turned on. At this time only the hot is working. [CA] The hot and cold must be functioning at the hand sink.
The towel bucket quat sanitizer near the registers was at 100ppm. [CA] Be sure to keep the sanitizer at 200ppm quat. [COS] Employee changed sanitizer to 200ppm quat.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
The wiping towels were checked at approximately 100ppm. [CA] The quat must be changed out often enough to keep at 200ppm. According tot he mgr it was going to be changed. Adjust time to change them out to keep it proper sanitizing levels and use the test strips to monitor.
