ROUTINE INSPECTION

COMPLAINANT REPORTS THAT THE CEILING CAME DOWN RIGHT NEXT TO THEM AS THEY WERE EATING. ALSO, OBSERVED WATER LEAKING FROM THE CEILING INT HE KITCHEN. Observed tiles down in the dining area and several water damaged ceiling tiles and ceiling throughout the facility including the kitchen. There is a leak in front of the cookline hood. This leak may contaminate food while being prepared and plated. Please stop food preparation. Facility must close. Clean up, the water, sanitize the areas, and repair the leaks. According to employees there was more dripping while it is actively raining. During inspection it is not raining. Contain the dripping water and repair the ceiling where it is damaged. Please call this department before reopening.
