    The wiping cloths read 0ppm chlorine. [CA] The chlorine must be kept at 100ppm chlorine. [COS] Corrected by the manager.

  • K21: Hot and cold water available

    The hand sink near the coffee station is giving water at 67 degrees max. [CA] The water must reach 100 degrees F. Use the properly working hand sink until this one is repaired to give 100 degrees F.

    Observed the ice scoop holder to have black debris and a hair on it. [CA] Wash and sanitize the scoop and holder. [COS] The employees washed and sanitized them both.

    Observed a dead cockroach on the floor in the basement storage. [CA] Discard the cockroach, clean and sanitize the areas, and take effective measures to eliminate roaches from inside the facility. Protect food from contamination from the insects.
