    There is a dome like sink basin, food prep sink, and 2 compartment sink. [CA] A hand wash sink must be designated. The lettuce was washed in the sink that the employee said is the hand sink. A hand washing sink is needed.

    Person in charge observed testing the sanitizer with the strip upside down and PIC not sure what the result must be. [CA] The test strip must be used correctly. Dip the blue colored indicator into the sanitizer and hold it on the opposite end. Please check the sanitizer and adjust when needed for proper concentration.
