I consulted supervisor Monica Huato. We determined that there no imminent hazard and it is ok for the facility to reopen.
A new small cooler is now in place at 39F now.

- Properly store and dispose of garbage and other waste (e.g. bagged wastes, keep dumpster lids closed, frequent removal).
