    Light was out in walk in fridge. [CA] Repair/replace light in walk in fridge.

    Warm water was provided at second handwash sink near three compartment sink however, there was not enough force/flow of water to effectively wash hands. [CA] Ensure that warm water is provided at such a velocity that hands can be effectively washed/rinsed.

  • K35: Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity

    Observed air conditioning unit in kitchen leaking water in preparation area (preparation surfaces were not affected). [CA] Repair/replace unit and maintain in good condition to prevent contamination of food and food preparation equipment.

    Paper towel dispenser at front handwash sink was not working at time of inspection. PIC had a second roll of paper towels located nearby. [CA] Repair/replace paper towel dispenser and maintain in good condition.

    Observed employee using personal phone in preparation area. Employee placed phone in pocket and put gloves on. Employee did not wash hands prior to placing gloves. [CA] After touching personal items, or when switching tasks, hands must be washed with soap and water prior to placing new gloves to touch food.
