Front hand sink hot water lever is not working; back hand sink water temperature is only reaching 93F. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds. [COS] Manager adjusted back sink water temperature to 103F. Per manager, a work order has been placed for the front hand sink.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Education provided for sanitizing utensils. Ensure utensils fully submerged in sanitizer solution (quaternary ammonia) for at least 1 minute.
Debris built up on the side of the soda machine dispenser at drive thru station. [CA] Clean and sanitize.
Loosen tape and a hole observed for meat cooking equipment. [CA] Remove tape to prevent physical contamination. Cover hole to wire.
Water temperature at pre-mixed faucet hand wash sink in the back kitchen measured at 111F. Other hand wash with hot and cold water located in close proximity. [CA] Handwashing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F.
