ROUTINE INSPECTION
Noticed a smell of rotten egg in the utility room while observing the mop sink. The owner walked to the management office and stated that she informed them of the rotten egg smell. She stated that they will have maintenance check on this. Note: The white refrigerator in the dining area is a home-type unit not approved for food facility.

Observed the rice in a pot as a bulk food bin storage. [CA] Use an approved bulk food bin with a secure lid and labeled. Discontinue using a can as a scoop. [CA] Use a n approved scoop with a handle and store with the handle not touching the food insode.

There is a bottle of soap that falls off from behind the hot water faucet when you wash hands. [CA] Please provide a wall mounted soap dispenser as there is no other area to place a soap dispenser at this small sink.

The thermometer is not working in the upright refrigerator. [CA] Replace the thermometer.

Observed the inside of the cabinets to be soiled. [CA] Clean all of the cabinets inside.
