  • K22: Sewage and wastewater properly disposedCritical

    The floor sink for the three compartment sink was not draining and about to overflow. [CA] Food facility shall not operate if there is sewage overflowing or backing up in the food facility. The food facility, or impacted areas, shall remain closed until all plumbing problems have been corrected and all contaminated surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized. [COS] PIC cleaned the drain and it began draining properly.

    The interior upper panel has an accumulation of organic growth. [CA] Ensure to maintain the food contact surfaces of the ice machine cleaned.

    Repeat Violation: There were small flies near the mop room. [CA] Ensure to maintain the facility free of animals, pests, and vermin.

    Repeat Violation: Pico de Gallo measured at 49F in the cold hold unit. Per PIC, they placed it less than an hour ago. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] PIC moved the pico de gallo to a different part of the cooler that was maintaining temperature.
