    Lack of air gap between top of floor sink and end of discharge pipe at the front floor sink. [CA] Food preparation sink shall discharge liquid waste by means of indirect waste pipes into a floor sink or other approved type of receptor equipped with a minimum 1" air gap.

Unclog floor sinks and ensure plumbing is in good repair. [SA] Staff will discontinue using the bar handwash and bar warewash sink until plumber can unclog the floor sink.
