ROUTINE INSPECTION
Health permit issued by this department was not posted. [CA] The health permit issued by this department shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the food facility.
Empty paper towel dispensers but paper towel rolls were in use. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers; heated-air hand drying device may be substituted for single-use towels. NOTE: Facility is waiting for the dispensers papers towels delivery.
Refuse container was uncovered and garbage bags, coffee glasses, and milk carton was on floor inside the garbage area. [CA] Refuse containers shall be covered at all times when not in use. Refuse containers shall be collected or cleaned frequently enough to minimize the development of objectionable odors or conditions that attract or harbor insects or rodents. [SA] Facility clean the refuse area once a month. It shall be cleaned more frequently-once a week is recommened.
