Note: 1. The facility sells prepackage food products and packages ice. 2. The store does not have a designated janitorial sink. During a major remodeling or change of ownership, a janitorial sink must be installed. Until a janitorial sink is installed, please dispose the gray water in the restroom.

The cover of the ice machine has fallen off. [CA] Please replace the missing ice machine’s cover immediately.
- K34: Warewash facilities: installed/maintained; test strips
The two compartment warewash sink was used to store expired drinks. It also has a stain buildup. [CA] Keep the sinks including the two compartment warewash sink easily accessible for employees to use them. The sink must be regularly cleaned and sanitize as well.
- K22: Sewage and wastewater properly disposed
A gray water was kept on the mop bucket inside the restroom. [CA] Mopped water must be immediately disposed of into the janitorial sink after finishing task.
- K33: Nonfood contact surfaces clean
There is an abundant dust accumulation on the restroom’s exhaust vent screen. [CA] Conduct a regular cleaning on the screens.
