There is thick grease accumulated on the sides of equipment. [CA] Scrape off and clean the grease off of the equipment.

The walls around the soda machine is beginning to have black accumulation. Seems old rubber caulking is on the wall and accumulating black growth. [CA] Thoroughly clean the walls in this area.

Observed slight mildew around the beverage machine. [CA] Thoroughly clean and sanitize the area and the machines.

Observed the drain pipe in the floor sink. [CA] The drain pipe must have an air gap between the top of the floor sink and the pipe end.

Observed all of the drain pipes inside the floor sink. [CA] Raise them to provide an air gap between the pipes and the top of the floor sink.
