A follow-up inspection was conducted to verify violations from routine inspection conducted on 08/21/2025 is in compliance. K21: Cold water is now available at the handwash sink at the service area. K22: Floor sink at the dishwasher is still clogged. A second follow-up inspection is scheduled for 09/02/2025 and will be charged at the rate approved by the board of supervisors at $298.00 per hour.
