There is not a food prep sink in the facility. Observed the permit to have conditions on them which include the requirement of a food prep sink. (currently has a hand sink and 3comp sink). Also states that the shelving and missing ceiling tiles must be replaced.

    Observed the shopping bags used for direct food contact storage. [CA] Use only approved food contact storage bags or containers for storing food in.

    There is not a light in the dry food storage area and it is very dim in that area. [CA] Increase the lighting in this area.

  • K35: Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity

    The shelves are deteriorated wood for the dry food storage. [CA] Replace with approved type shelves. The walk in has pieces of plastic above the entrance that have accumulated mildew-like substance. [CA] Remove these pieces of soiled plastic.
