Notes: - A HACCP plan was not available onsite. After speaking with the school's district they sent over two pages of the HACCP plan. Provide the full plan via email to Alexander.Alfaro@deh.sccgov.org. - Receiving temperatures for food brought today were not filled out. Per PIC, they remember all the temperatures and began filling them out from memory. Reinforced with PIC that time logs should be filled out as they are measured for best accuracy.

[CA] PHFs utilizing time as a public health control (TPHC) shall be discarded within 4 hours from the point in time when food is removed from temperature control. [COS] Items were found in the upright cooler and subsequently discarded.
