    There was not any paper towels at the hand sinks. [CA] The hand washing sinks soap and paper towel dispensers must have soap and paper towels inside of them for proper hand washing. Owner placed paper towels next to the kitchen hand washing sink. Please refill the empty paper towel dispensers.

  • K23: No rodents, insects, birds, or animals

    Observed several cockroaches in the glue boards. [CA] Discard the full glue boards and replace with new. No live roaches observed. Take effective measures to eliminate roaches from inside the facility. Continue with the pest control service.

  • K44: Premises clean, in good repair; Personal/chemical storage; Adequate vermin-proofing

    The back door and screen door have gaps underneath them. [CA] The gaps must be closed in order to keep out the insects.

  • K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures

    The front prep unit is holding food about 44 degrees F. The back right side prep unit is also holding food about 44 degrees F. [CA] All refrigerators must be able to hold the potentially hazardous food s at 41 degrees F and below. The owner moved the piece of meat that was in the beverage topping unit to a refrigerator that is holding food less than 41 degrees F. Do not use the refrigerator for PHFs until they are able to hold food at 41 degrees F maximum.

- Facility is currently a RC1 ($652.00) and is doing food prep within the kitchen area. Facility does the following food items (sandwiches and deep fried foods). - Facility will have to be upgraded to a higher permit tier; permit will be upgraded to a RC2 ($1,107.00). Permit will be upgraded during next bill cycle.
