ROUTINE INSPECTION
Notes: - The elevator was out of order to go to the second level of the ktichen. From the first level observed racks with dry storage and a liquor cage. Per staff there are no coolers on the level. Staff are using a scissor lift to access the second level while the elevator is out of order.

- K45: Floor, walls, ceilings: built,maintained, clean
1. Floors are made of wood in the room where the old reach in with the kegs was stored. 2. The ceiling is damaged in the same room with the floor made of wood. 3. The floor of the kitchen has an accumulation of food debris. 4. There is a large gap in the wall under the dishwasher. 5. There is a hole in the wall behind the door from the staff breakroom. [CA] The floor surfaces shall be smooth, of durable construction, and of nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable. Ensure to maintain the floors, walls, and ceilings of the facility clean and in good repair.
- K34: Warewash facilities: installed/maintained; test strips
Facility lacked testing materials for their choice of sanitizer, chlorine. [CA] Testing equipment and materials shall be provided to adequately measure the applicable sanitization method used during manual or mechanical warewashing.
- K39: Thermometers provided, accurate
Facility lacks a probe type thermometer. [CA] An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer (accurate to +/- 2°F) that is designed to measure the temperature of thin masses shall be provided and readily available to accurately measure the temperatures of potentially hazardous foods.
