ROUTINE INSPECTION
Toilet paper not in dispenser. [CA] Ensure toilet paper is in dispenser.
Observed floor to be deteriorating and made of unapproved material. [CA] Replace flooring by 6/1/24 with approved material.
Observed several prepackaged items for sale without labels or invoices (peanuts, dried chilis, dried fish, pumpkin seeds, tortillas). Per PIC, some of the items were brought from Mexico. [CA] Food must be from an approved source or properly documented. [COS] All unlabeled prepackaged foods were boxed and impounded.
No paper towels in employee restroom. [CA] Provide soap and paper towels at all handwash stations at all times. [COS] PIC provided paper towels during time of inspection.
