Sink and surface sanitizer was measured at 848 ppm in the sanitizing bucket. [Corrective Action] Maintain sink and surface sanitizer between 272 - 700 ppm.

Observed pooling of water next to the ice machine. Per PIC, there is a leak under the ice machine. [Corrective Action] Repair the ice machine to stop water leak onto the floor.

Lack of water in the hot water dipper well for the ice cream scoops. [Corrective Action] Ensure water is maintained in the hot water dipper well.

Frost accumulation observed inside the 2 door upright freezer right side. Per PIC, there is an issue with the gasket. [Corrective Action] Ensure freezer is working properly. Repair or replace the gasket.

Toilet paper not stored inside the toilet paper dispenser in the employee's restroom. [Corrective Action] Store the toilet paper inside the toilet paper dispenser.

Toilet paper not stored in the toilet paper dispenser in the employee's restroom. [Corrective Action] Store the toilet paper in the toilet paper dispenser.

Lack of handwashing sign in the employee's restroom. [Corrective Action] A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be posted at all handwashing stations used by food employees.

The walk-in freezer is currently not working. Per employee, the walk-in freezer has not been working for the last three days. [Corrective Action] Ensure refrigeration equipment is properly functioning.

Observed a roll of paper towels on top of the paper towel dispenser in the men's restroom. Paper towel dispenser appear to not be functioning. [Corrective Action] Ensure paper towels are dispensed from the paper towel dispenser. Ensure paper towel dispenser is properly functioning.

Observed toilet paper not stored in the toilet paper dispenser in the employee's restroom. [Corrective Action] Ensure toilet paper is stored in the toilet paper dispenser.
