FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

Follow-up inspection for rodent complaint and previously noted evidence of rodent activity. During time of inspection, observed several areas within the facility have been sealed to prevent an entrance for vermin. Observed the front door does not fully self-close and the back door was propped open. Discussed with operator to keep entrances into the facility closed to prevent access. Per operator, facility is receiving weekly pest control services to address previous activity. Facility was free of live rodent activity during time of inspection. Previous areas noted to have activity were cleaned and sanitized. Facility to continue sealing openings to prevent access. Operator to provide a copy of the next pest control report to district inspector.
