ROUTINE INSPECTION
Observed damp wiping cloth on the work table. [Corrective Action] Wiping cloth shall be stored in a sanitizing bucket with 100 ppm chlorine or 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer.
Observed the spray nozzle left on to fill up one the compartments at the 3 compartment sink. The faucet spout observed not able to reach the left and right compartments. [Corrective Action] The faucet spout at the 3 compartment sink shall be able to reach all compartments.
Observed employee drying hands with cloth towel. [Corrective Action] Ensure hands are properly dried with single use paper towels.
Paper towel dispenser was not properly dispensing paper towel. Loose paper napkins available close by. [Corrective Action] Ensure paper towel dispenser is properly dispensing paper towels at all times.
