FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
Follow up inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 7/14/26. Observations: K21: Leak in main water line has been repaired. Water is fully restored throughout facility.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
A follow up inspection will be conducted within 5 business days. The 1st follow-up inspection is free of charge. Any and all subsequent follow-up inspections will be billed at the approved hourly rate of $323/hr, minimum of one hour.
Cardboard used to line floor in walk in cooler. [CA] Discontinue use of unapproved materials to line shelves/flooring.
No water available in the facility. Operator stated that there is a leak in the main water line and he was instructed to shut off the water. Facility only sells prepackaged food items. Work order has been placed. Leak will be repaired by the end of the week. [CA] An approved, adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. [SA] Employees have been instructed to use the neighboring facility's restroom until water is fully restored.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Hot water within the mop sink was measured at 115*F at the time of inspection. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at hand wash sinks.
