Several items in refrigerator and freezer stored directly in grocery bags. [CA] Use food grade plastic bags to store food.
- K22: Sewage and wastewater properly disposed
3-door upright unit drain line placed in handwash sink. [CA] Condensation line from refrigerator shall drain into an approved plumbing system.
- K45: Floor, walls, ceilings: built,maintained, clean
accumulation of food debris, grease and grime on floors and walls. [CA] Walls and/or floors in food preparation area shall be kept clean to prevent the harborage of vermin.

1. Containers of food in several refrigerators have no lids. [CA] Provide lids to prevent cross-contamination. 2. Bowl of lettuce placed near handwash sink. [CA] All food shall be separated and protected from cross-contamination.

No test strips were available at time of inspection. [CA] Testing equipment and materials shall be provided to adequately measure the applicable sanitization method used during manual or mechanical warewashing.

In all refrigeration units, prep inserts stacked directly on top of eachother, not allowing proper air flow. [CA] Properly store cooling foods in such a way to allow proper air flow.
