ROUTINE INSPECTION
Food manager certification was not available at time of inspection. [CA] Food facilities that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazard foods shall have a valid Food Safety Certificate available for review at all times.
Pico de gallo in cold holding insert measured 70F. Per time marking on inserts, it was placed 6 hours prior to temperature measurement. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Pico de gallo was VC&D by employee. TPHC form provided for PHF foods.
Soap and paper towels were not provided at handwash sink by three compartment sink. [CA] Provide soap and paper towels in dispensers at all times during operation. [COS] PIC placed soap in a cup and a roll of paper towels near handwash sink.
Observe black and pink mold like substance on interior panel of ice machine with water dripping onto the ice below. Facility bags ice for customers use. [CA] Clean and sanitize ice machine and maintain to prevent accumulation. [COS] PIC discarded ice in three compartment sink. PIC cleaned and sanitized ice machine.
Warm water in restroom measured 60F after allowing the water to run for some time. The water temperature did not increase. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.
