    There are not any chlorine test strips. The quat dispenser is not working and the spray bottle says bleach. [CA] Provide the chlorine test strips to monitor the concentration of sanitizer of chlorine at 100ppm.

    Observed the wall behind the dish sink to be deteriorated. [CA] Repair the walls where deteriorated. Observed the wall to be deteriorated where the walls meet the floor. [CA] Repair where needed throughout the back rooms.

    The cheese and corn dogs were in the walk in at 58 and 60 degrees F. [CA] Potentially hazardous food must be held at 41 degrees F and below. The employee threw them into the garbage can. Do not place any PHFs in the walk in.
