    Observed a plastic container being used as a scoop. [CA] Use only scoops with handles and if stored inside the bin then you must make sure the handle does not touch the food inside. [COS] The plastic container was thrown away by the employee.

    Observed fruit fly type flies in the kitchen. [CA] Take effective measures to eliminate them from inside the facility and to protect food from contamination.
