According to the manager the facility will remodel soon. Submit the plans to this department plan check unit before beginning. The floors will also need to be remodeled.

    The restroom is not clean. [CA] Clean and sanitize the restroom including the toilet.

    The manager has a sign above the mop sink saying not to dump the mop water in it and to dump it outside. [CA] Do not pour the mop water outside. The water must be poured in the mop sink. According to the manager it does not drain properly. Repair the mop sink plumbing so that it drains properly.

  • K23: No rodents, insects, birds, or animals

    Observed the glue board to have cockroaches on it. [CA] Discard the glue board and replace it with a new one. Continue with the pest control service. Protect food from possible contamination. Take effective measures to eliminate insects from inside the facility.

    Observed the floors in front of the ice cream and along the entire back counter to have encrusted food particles, grime, and garbage. [CA] Clean these areas. The ceiling in the restroom is deteriorated and caving in from water damage. [CA] Repair the ceiling.

    The inside of the ice machine has accumulated mold/mildew.[CA] Clean and sanitize the ice machine.
