This is a follow up inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 10/15/2024 The following violations have been addressed : K06- Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible; Cleanser and sanitary towels dispensers are supplied. K07- Proper hot and cold holding temperatures; All PHFs measured at proper holding temperatures. K09- Proper cooling methods : Proper cooling methods are conducted. K23- Area of old rodents dropping is clean. k39- Thermometers were provided in all refrigeration units.
