RISK FACTOR INSPECTION
Risk factor inspection for El Patio Mexican Bierrieria. No vermin or evidence of vermin observed. Facility is currently not operating and must complete Plan Check approval process. Facility had installed a prep sink, but must submit also plans for a handsink, per the inspection report dated 12/07/2022. Refer to reports and directives provided by Plan Check. Observed spray can of household pesticide. Only professional pest control services are approved for food facilities. Observed food stored in refrigerators and dry storage areas; operator stated the food is only for personal use and will not be served to customers. Note: inspection was conducted in conjunction with Plan Check (SR0875500) with Katherine Nguyen. Report will be emailed to operator.
