    The water at the hand sink went back and forth between 92 and 93 degrees at both hand sinks. [CA] The facility must have water reach 100 degrees F in order to remain open for proper hand washing. [COS] According to the employee he turned the hot water heater up. When checked again at the end of the inspection the water was at 100 degrees F.
