ROUTINE INSPECTION

First routine inspection. Facility started operation two weeks ago and shall obtain at least one valid Food Safety Certificate for Managers within 60 days from their date of opening. All employees that handles, prepares, or serves food shall have a valid food handler card available within 30 days from their date of hire. Per employee, the majority of food are prepared and received from their central kitchen. Only limited food prep are conducted at the facility. Provided and discussed handout for service animals.
