    There were no paper towel and soap supplies on the bar's three compartment warewash sink for employees to wash hand whenever it is necessary. The wall-mounted soap dispenser in the kitchen's handwash station was not working as well. [CA] Provide soap and paper towel supplies for the three compartment warewash sink immediately. Repair the paper towel dispenser of the kitchen immediately. The person in charge refilled the supplies in both the bar and kitchen handwash stations (COS).
