    1. The grout between the floor tiles at the warewash area and in the walk-in cooler observed worn out. [Corrective Action] Maintain floor in good condition. 2. Observed the ceiling above the 3 compartment sink and the prep sink unpainted exposing the spackle and drywall. [Corrective action] Paint the ceiling.

  • K34: Warewash facilities: installed/maintained; test strips

    Observed food prep at the drainboard of the dishwasher. [Corrective Action] Do not conduct food prep at the warewash area. Conduct food prep at designated food prep areas.

  • K33: Nonfood contact surfaces clean

    Fan guard in the walk-in cooler observed dirty. [Corrective Action] Thoroughly clean and maintain clean.

  • K06: Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible

    The roll of paper towels were observed stored outside of the paper towel dispenser at the handwash sink at the cookline. [Corrective Action] Ensure paper towels are stored and dispensed from the paper towel dispenser. [Corrected on Site] PIC placed the roll inside the paper towel dispenser.
