    Observed 10 different types of desserts maintained on the sales floor and inside the merchandiser refrigerator for customer self-service. Manager stated that items are delivered daily to every other day from a home. - Items include various types of jellos, cups of jello desserts with milk, dumplings with ginger syrup, fermented rice balls. [CA] Food must be from an approved source or properly documented. [COS] All dessert items were removed from the sales floor to be taken home and/or given to employees for personal consumption.
