ROUTINE INSPECTION
Air conditioning within the facility is currently down at the time of inspection. [CA] Repair air conditioning within the facility.
Hot/warm water within the facility was measured at 80*F at the time of inspection. Water heater may not be operational. [CA] Ensure hot water heater is operable and maintained in good repair at all times. [SA] Facility only sells prepackaged food on site. Coffee cannot be sold until hot water has been restored.
