ROUTINE INSPECTION
Notes: - Per PIC, they are scheduled to have work done to the restrooms soon. PIC was unaware what the work would be, but mentioned it should be to deter unauthorized access and use of the restrooms. PIC confirmed they will have access to at least one restroom during work. Provide additional details of work to EH inspector. Changes may require plan check submittal and approval prior to any construction commencing. - Observed a trench near the back door entrance of the facility that was filled with sewage. Per PIC, they belive the neighboring facility may be having some sewage problems. No drain or sewer issues observed in this facility.

The right restroom had water measure at a maximum of 75F. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.
