    Observed 2-3 bags of food stored directly on floor inside the walk-in freezer. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination.

    Observed large gap on wall where the sewage pipes protrude from the wall at the drain boards of the ware washing area - left of the sinks [CA] Repair holes in structure and maintain in good repair to prevent pest harborage.
